Terms & Conditions

1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms & Conditions include all terms, obligations, and policies related to the use of the Eventi platform services. The Platform is owned by Eventi Tech, a Saudi company registered under Unified Number (7050361661). The Platform consists of a mobile application and website designed to connect clients (consumers) with event and occasion service providers (vendors) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including photographers, event organizers, catering providers, and artists.

2. Reading and Acceptance of Terms

You must carefully review these Terms before using the website or application. Your use of the Platform constitutes a legally binding acceptance without condition or restriction. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the Platform. The Company reserves the right to terminate these Terms or suspend access for any reason. The Company may amend these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the amendments. For vendors, the Platform relies on third-party providers (e.g., Moyasar) for payment processing, and accepting these terms means agreeing to Moyasar's terms.

3. Nature of the Platform (Mediation)

The Platform acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate service delivery between service providers and clients for a fee. The Platform is not responsible for the quality or level of services provided by vendors.

5. Account Requirements

Clients: Must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, provide accurate personal information, provide valid contact details, and supply a valid Saudi bank account for refunds.

Vendors: Must provide a valid business license (Commercial Registration or Freelance Certificate), accurate information verified via Nafath, a valid Saudi bank account, and enter service details matching their licensed activities.

All users must maintain account confidentiality and agree to receive SMS notifications (e.g., OTP codes).

6. User Conduct and Obligations

Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or multiplied without Company approval. The Platform must be used only for lawful purposes. Users may not communicate with each other outside the Platform. Vendors must hold a valid license and provide services with high quality and professionalism.

7. Service Purchase, Modification, Cancellation & Fees

Purchasing & Modifying: Clients can modify requests before vendor acceptance. Once accepted, the client must pay the first invoice within 24 hours or the request is canceled. Clients may reschedule once (at least one day before) and modify service details once.

Payments & Fees: The platform takes a 15% commission from the total order value. Payments are split into a deposit and a remaining balance. The client must pay the remaining balance no later than one day before the event.

Cancellations & Refunds: Clients can cancel before payment without fees; after payment, the deposit is non-refundable. If a vendor fails to deliver, they must refund the full amount.

8. General Provisions

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (KSA time).

Account Termination: The Company may immediately suspend accounts for violations or terminate accounts with settlement of dues within 30 days.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights belong to Eventi Tech and may not be used without written permission.

Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for events like wars, pandemics, natural disasters, or technical failures.

Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes shall be resolved amicably within 30 days, otherwise referred to Riyadh courts.
